This training will get users started working with the Michigan Engineers’ Resource Library (MERL) and help them learn how to create estimates with MERL Project Estimator. Topics include creating and editing project estimates.

This training will teach attendees how to use the MERL Bid Utility tool to complete the following tasks: creating bid projects, entering bids, electronic bid submission, bid reporting and analysis, and managing vendors.

This class covers distress identification for asphalt, concrete & sealcoat roads and sets the foundation for the PASER visual rating system. Please note that registration for PASER Class 2 is separate.
